Women continue to play a vital role across every part of the music industry, yet barriers to access, leadership, opportunity and career advancement remain. This panel will bring together women working across the music sector to discuss representation, workplace culture, leadership, mentorship and the pathways that can help create greater opportunity. Through honest conversations and practical examples, panelists will explore what is changing, what still needs to change and how the industry can build more inclusive and sustainable careers for female identifying individuals.
