Graham is the CEO of the London Chamber of Commerce. Previously he was for 15 years the CEO of Music Canada during which time he was instrumental in the creation of the Ontario and BC Music Funds as well as the passage of the Copyright Reform Act of 2013 and the extension of the term of copyright to 70 years. Graham also commissioned and contributed to pioneering studies on the concept of the "Music City". He has been inducted into the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame and is the recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Medal.
