Lisa Moser is a project manager and event professional with more than 15 years of experience in Hannover’s live music industry but also in Hannover’s broad cultural scene. Born in Heidelberg in 1986, she discovered her passion for live events through various internships, including at the c/o pop festival in Cologne, the ARTheater Cologne and the booking agency f-cat in Berlin. These experiences led her to pursue a dual-study degree in event management, combining academic studies with hands-on training. She began her career in 2009 in the events department of the City of Hannover. There she gained in-depth knowledge of permits and safety for large-scale events, as well as of how local government, non-profit organisations and businesses work together.

From 2014 to 2016, she worked at Hannover Concerts, where she booked club shows and served as project lead for the Plaza Festival and the Parkbühne open-air venue. She then spent three years in event and cultural management at Hafven, a coworking and makerspace startup, before joining MusikZentrum Hannover in 2019. There she leads a range of projects, including the production of Fête de la Musique Hannover, the coordination of wim – FLINTA* in music Hannover, and a series of family concerts. She is also responsible for the training of the centre’s event management apprentices.

Festival production is where her heart lies: she loves bringing together artists, crews and audiences to create events that people remember. Driven by her personal values, Lisa is committed to making live culture more sustainable and more inclusive. Off the clock, she is a passionate concertgoer.
