Bristol UNESCO City of Film / West of England Combined Authority
Natalie Moore is Culture & Visitor Economy Lead at the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority, where she leads strategic work to strengthen the region's cultural, creative and visitor economies, supporting inclusive growth, place-based development, skills and talent pathways, and international engagement across the West of England.
Natalie has served as Focal Point for Bristol UNESCO City of Film since the city was awarded the designation in 2017, leading the city's engagement with the UNESCO Creative Cities Network and helping to advance Bristol's ambitions for screen culture, workforce development and sustainable sector growth. Prior to this, Natalie managed and developed Bristol Film Office, supporting major film and television productions, fostering industry partnerships and helping to position Bristol as a nationally and internationally recognised screen production hub.
Natalie is currently Deputy Coordinator of the global UNESCO Cities of Film subnetwork and will become Coordinator in early 2027, leading collaboration between Cities of Film across the world and supporting international exchange, knowledge-sharing and joint initiatives.
With more than 20 years' experience across the screen sector, cultural development and the creative economy, Natalie specialises in developing place-based programmes and partnerships that deliver economic growth, social value and sustainable development outcomes. Working at local, national and international levels, she has extensive experience of using international cultural networks to support talent development, strengthen creative ecosystems, drive collaboration and raise the profile of places on the global stage.
