Sabina Tupikova is a Senior Specialist at the International Cooperation Department of the Kharkiv City Council and coordinator of the “Kharkiv – UNESCO Creative City of Music” program. Her work focuses on developing international partnerships and implementing projects that promote a positive image of Kharkiv on the global stage.

Sabina plays an active role in strengthening cultural ties between Kharkiv and its partner cities, as well as in participating in international initiatives.

As the coordinator of the “Kharkiv – UNESCO Creative City of Music” program, she is engaged in implementing projects aimed at developing the city’s music sector and fostering a favorable environment for the growth of creative industries.
