An experiential lunch conversation featuring UNESCO Cities of Music and Gastronomy. Food and music are two of the most powerful ways people experience a city. This interactive lunch session brings representatives together from London, UNESCO City of Music, and Kelowna, UNESCO City of Gastronomy, to explore the perfect pairing, music and food. Not only do culinary and musical experiences work together to strengthen communities, attract visitors, support local businesses and create vibrant cultural destinations, they also enhance one another’s offering. As delegates enjoy a specially curated lunch menu inspired by both cities, speakers will discuss how food and music can shape a city's identity, enhance tourism and create memorable experiences that bring people together. Part conversation, part culinary journey, this session offers a firsthand look at how events and communities flourish when music and gastronomy share the same table.
