Kathy McLaughlin is Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Downtown London and a Certified Leader in Place Management (LPM). With more than two decades of experience in downtown revitalization and small business development, she is passionate about creating places where businesses thrive, creativity flourishes, and communities connect. Kathy brings a strategic placemaking perspective to the intersection of economic development, arts, culture, and the creative economy. A lifelong music enthusiast, proud Western University graduate, and Londoner through and through, she believes that music and culture are powerful contributors to a vibrant downtown and a distinctive city identity.
